Chiado Charming River View Loft Rules

Dear Guest, welcome to Lisbon!

Here are a few relevant tips for your stay in Chiado Charming River View Loft Apartment.

1. The wi-fi is called RiverViewLoft_5G or RiverViewLoft_2.4G and the password is LisbonAttics.
2. I will help you with anything you may need during your stay. My cells phone are +351 967 168 977 ,    or +351962423455 (Didier) . Preferably use WhatsApp to this one +351 967 168 977.
3. Remote controls for the air-conditioning are in the walls of each unit. Please, switch off the air-conditioning where you are not at home.
4. This is a no-smoking apartment. Please, don't smoke here.
5. In the kitchen units you can find everything you need to cook. If there is something missing, please, let me know. We have cutting boards. Please don't use the marble countertop as a cutting board.
6. Don't use the washing machine and the dishwashing at the same time, please.
7. The hair dryer is in the cupboard in the main bathroom.
8. In the evenings, leave the garbage outside the building in a bin. Right hand when you go out.
9. It it rains, please be sure all of the Velux (Ceiling windows) are closed as well when you are out of the apartment.
10. There are people living in the building. Please be respectful and quiet, especially in the evenings.
11. Please don't touch the remotes control of the aircon more than to change the mode (cold or heat) and the temperature. If you touch the timer, it can be a problem for next guests. Thank you!
12. If something is not working in the apartment, please let us know. In the case a technical was necessary to fix it, you must let him/her enter. Thank you very much.
