Chiado Terraced Rules

Dear Guest, welcome to Lisbon! 

Here are a few relevant tips for your stay at Chiado Design & Terraced Apartment. 

1. The wi-fi is called Chiado_terraced and the password is confylisbon 
   
2. I will help you with anything you may need during your stay. My cell phone is   +351967168977 or +351962423455 (Didier) .Preferibly use whatsapp to this one +351967168977.
   
3. Remote controls for the air-conditioning are in the drawers of the white furniture in the livingroom near the door. Please, switch off the air-conditioning where you are not at home.
   
4. The window handles are very fragile, so I kindly ask you to be very careful when you open the big window to the terrace. Left window ==> Please dont' use this handle. It was broken and it's very wake. Right window==> Turn the handle in the clockwise way and put it again in its place. Please don't forget to do that, because, otherwise, you can break the handles. 
   
5. This is a no-smoking apartment. Please, if you want to smoke, go out to the terrace.
   
6. In the kitchen units you can find everything you need to cook. If there is something missing, please, let me know. We have cutting boards. Please don't use the wooden countertop as a cutting board. 
   
7. The hairdryer is in a little space under the marble sink of the bathroom. As toilet paper. 
   
8. Please, if you stay for more than one week, I would appreciate if you water the plants at least twice a week. Thank you. 
   
9. In the evenings, leave the garbage outside the building in a bin. Right hand when you go out from the building. 
10. Please try to be careful when you are having a shower. If water is spilt on the floor, please pick it up/clean it with a mop. The wood floor can be damaged if the water is on it for a long time. Thank you.
    
11. It it rains, please, put the chairs and table of the terrace inside and close the windows, mainly the one in the ceiling of the bathroom and mezzanine. 
    
12. There are people living in the building. Please be respectful and quiet, specially in the evenings.
13. Please don't touch the remotes control of the aircon more than to change the mode (cold or heat) and the temperature. If you touch the timer, it can be a problem for next guests. Thank you!
14. If something is not working in the apartment, please let us know. In the case a technical was necessary to fix it, you must let him/her enter. Thank you very much.
