CastleViewAttic Rules

Dear Guest, welcome to Lisbon! 

Here are a few relevant tips for your stay at CastleViewAttic Apartment. 

  1. The wi-fi is called CastleViewAttic and the password is Saolazaro106
  2. I will help you with anything you may need during your stay. My cells phone are +351967168977   or +351962423455 (Didier) . Preferibly use whatsapp to this one  +351967168977.
  3. Remote controls for the air-conditioning are beside the devices in the living room and bedroom. Please, switch off the air-conditioning and lights when you are not at home.
  4. This is a no-smoking apartment. Please, if you want to smoke, smoke only by the windows, pushing the smoke outside!
  5. In the kitchen units you can find everything you need to cook. If there is something missing, please, let me know. We do have cutting boards.
  6. Dishes and glasses are in the old sideboard in the living room. Please open always for the right side glass. The left one is not working perfectly. To avoid noise, please do not stack more than 5 plates.
  7. The hairdryer is in one of the boxes under the sink of the bathroom. As well as toilet paper.
  8. The oven is oven and microwave at the same time. Instructions are in the draw below it.
  9. We have a hidden washing machine. It's in the corner between the sink and the microwave opening the door from the living room. You have a hanger to hang your clothes and you can open a roof window to dry them.
  10. In the evenings, leave the garbage downstairs and outside the building inside a bin.  
  11. Please try to be careful when you are having a shower. If water drips on the floor, please pick it up/ clean it with a mop. The marble floor can be damaged if the water is on it for a long time. Thanks!  
  12. If it rains, please make sure to close the windows, mainly the 3 roof ones (velux). 
  13. There are people living in the building. Please be respectful and quiet, specially in the evenings.
  14. If something is not working in the apartment, please let us know. In the case a technical was necessary to fix it, you must let him/her enter. Thank you very much.
